TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing any TikTok account from this website or completing a transaction, the Buyer automatically acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. PRODUCT CONDITION ("AS IS").                    1.1 All TikTok accounts listed and sold on this website are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis at the exact time of transfer.                                                            1.2 The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees (expressed or implied) regarding the account’s past or future engagement rates, growth methods, or the active status and demographics of its followers.                                                          1.3 It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to inspect the account details and ensure it meets their specific requirements prior to making any payment.                                         2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY.                    2.1 Due to the digital nature of the product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We enforce a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO EXCHANGE policy once the account login credentials (username, password, or associated access details) have been delivered to the Buyer.                                    2.2 This No-Refund policy remains absolute regardless of whether the Buyer changes their mind, makes an accidental purchase, or lacks the knowledge to operate the account.                                                              3. ACCOUNT DELIVERY & VERIFICATION PROCEDURE.                                                    3.1 The Company will verify that the account is fully functional, accessible, and holds the correct follower count immediately prior to delivery.                                                            3.2 Upon receiving the login credentials, the Buyer is strictly required to:Log in to the account immediately.Change the account password.Update and secure the account by binding it to the Buyer’s own recovery email and phone number.                                          3.3 The Buyer is granted a maximum window of two (2) hours from the time of delivery to report any major technical issues (e.g., incorrect credentials or account suspension prior to handover). If no issues are reported within this 2-hour timeframe, the account is deemed accepted in perfect condition, and the transaction is legally concluded.                                                         4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & POST-DELIVERY RISKS.                                            4.1 The Company SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any issues, damages, or losses incurred after the account credentials have been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:Fluctuations or drops in follower count (followers drop/unfollow).Decreases in video views, reach, or algorithmic performance (shadowban).Account restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans by TikTok due to the Buyer's post-sale activities or violation of TikTok's Community Guidelines.                                                        4.2 Any loss of access due to hacking, phishing, or the Buyer's failure to properly secure the account post-delivery is entirely the Buyer's own responsibility.                       5. ANTI-CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT.            5.1 The Buyer agrees that they will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway (such as PayPal or Stripe) for any delivered digital product.                        5.2 In the event of an unauthorized chargeback attempt, this document will be submitted to the payment gateway and financial institution as legally binding proof of product delivery and acceptance of the No-Refund policy.                                              6. GOVERNING LAW.                                       6.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts or relevant tribunals.
